** Please note my interactions with the school have been limited and my experience is my own. ** I believe that putting a young child through such scrutiny and within a short period of time such as these so-called play dates is extremely unfair. Some children are entering the school system through nursery for the first time and are understandably nervous and scared. Other children are strong-willed and have a well-defined personality which will take a little bit more than a lazy, passive teaching approach. Such a school that boasts their excellent academia and with these exorbitant fees, I would at least expect them to be able to navigate different personalities and not resort to picking ONLY the quiet, soft-spoken kids citing others as disobedient and ruling them out entirely. This just goes to show price doesn't always equate quality. I'm glad I know this now before enrolling my children and finding out too late. ** Again my experience is my own, and writing this for the sole purpose of reaching out to parents going through a similar experience. I will not be addressing any comments to my post as I believe I've said what's needed. **

I am currently in year 8, and have been studying at BISAD since year 6. The school is absolutely amazing! During the pandemic, the staff were so professional, smoothly shifting between physical and virtual learning, while maintaining the same standards for learning. The academic standard here is extremely high, and the wonderful teachers will support you, nurturing your interests and strengths, and helping you with your weaknesses. The school focuses on helping you become an excellent all-round person through a range of subjects, and co-curricular activities. You will become a confident, sensible, and passionate person if you study at BISAD. The facilities are excellent too. The classrooms are huge, and well-equipped, and are specialised for the subject, for example science classrooms are labs. ICT rooms, visual arts rooms, and music rooms are all great too. There is a dedicated sports building, with a sports hall, and a large swimming pool. There are also two fields that are accessible both during PE lessons, and during lunch and break times. I would highly recommend joining BISAD! It is a fantastic school.

Both my sons have attended the school for 12 years and my eldest just graduated. The staff is amazing and all the teachers that they have had throughout their schooling at BISAD have really supported them in their learning. My son has been accepted in all the IT engineering schools he has applied to (some of top schools in France) and his level of Computer Science and English will give him a great head start compared to the other students. The Best school in Abu Dhabi in my opinion.

Our children have been at BIS Abu Dhabi for 6 years and we are over the moon with the high standard of education given by the outstanding teachers. We love the close community feel around the building and whenever there is an event. The teachers all seem to have been hand picked and all 7 teachers our children had have been wonderful and caring, allowing our children to blossom into confident and independent young people.
